This portion of the website will be used to centralize required coursework for all coaches as well as updates from the Suburban One League, PIAA District One, and the PIAA.

Coaches Required Coursework

• All Coaches (Head, Assistant, and Volunteer) need to have two coaching profiles. 
  • PIAA Coaching profiles can be created by visiting PIAA.org and selecting “login” at the top right corner of their homepage. There coaches will have the option to log in or create a profile. All coaches, new and returning, will need to make sure they have affiliation to Pennridge High School. Coaches will use this section to upload PDF certificates for First Aid and the Fundamentals of Coaching courses (Safeschools).
    • Directions for creating a PIAA coaching profile.
  • Big Teams Coaching profile invitations are emailed to your Pennridge email. This is where you will upload certificates of your First Aid and Fundamentals of Coaching certificates (no expiration) as well as certificates for the ANNUAL required courses from the NFHS Learn Portal listed below
    • Sudden Cardiac Arrest
    • Concussion in Sports
  • Acknowledgement of the Coaches Handbook will be signed digitally via the required coursework listed in your BigTeams coaching profile.
